Welcome to Plank Mills! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of our products, including tongue & groove paneling, shiplap, trim boards, and other pine lumber products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Services

Plank Mills sources and sells high-quality pine lumber products for residential, agricultural, and commercial use. All products are sold by the board or bundle depending on availability and customer selection. You agree to use our products in accordance with local building codes, regulations, and intended use guidelines.

2. Orders, Payments & Delivery

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment may be required in full or in part before product is reserved or loaded for delivery.

Final payment is due prior to or upon delivery, or as otherwise agreed upon.

Delivery is available and priced at $1.00 per mile round trip from our Monterey, TN warehouse.

You are responsible for ensuring proper site access, an adequate unloading area, and compliance with any local permitting or zoning requirements.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of lumber products, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or picked up. If there is a concern about product quality or an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your lumber. We will work with you to find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.

4. Product Quality

We stand by the quality of our lumber. All products are inspected before sale. Because lumber is a natural material, variation in grain, color, and minor character marks are normal and expected. Defective or significantly misrepresented product claims should be reported promptly and will be reviewed individually.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, content, product descriptions, and branding on our website are the intellectual property of Plank Mills and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

6. SMS Marketing & Communications

By providing your phone number during a purchase, inquiry, or opt-in form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Plank Mills Lumber. These may include order updates, delivery scheduling, product availability, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or by contacting us directly at plankmillslumber@gmail.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plank Mills Lumber shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the item or order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
